# Floodgate/GeyserMC

Download: [**here**](https://geysermc.org/)

Floodgate and GeyserMC allow Minecraft Bedrock players to join your Java Edition server. Bedrock clients do not support [custom biomes](/seasons/biome-colors.md) and RealisticSeasons hooks into Floodgate to detect which players are Bedrock. Bedrock players will see the following vanilla biomes instead of the custom biome colours:

| Season | Biome |
| -------------- | ----------------------- |
| Summer, Spring | Default biomes |
| Autumn/Fall | minecraft:savanna |
| Winter | minecraft:frozen\_river |
